Level 31 won’t let me play “Scorpio” for the zodiac sign. I know it’s correct, and even with hints it’s nowhere to be found in the picture

Can someone explain the concept of the mini game. Can't figure it out. I also find the puzzle not much fun. Doesn't work for me. Maybe more information will help. Otherwise, it's pretty good. Help....how do you get letters in the mini game

Love these games, but every time I start this one, it takes me back to the beginning of a level I prev finished. So frustrating. Graphics not very clear in my iPad 2 air also frustrating.
