No updates since IOS9? Sorry folks, looks like HeyTell is no more. What a pity. It was a great app.
Fix the proximity detection

The app works fine, but the major bug is when listening without speaker phone mode. As soon as I lift the phone to my ear, it stops playing because the app ignored the proximity sensor, and my face clicks a different message. Fix this and the app is 100% Latest update still didn't fix the face blanking out the screen! Update: heytel crashes all the time now with iOS 9.2 Sept:24,2016. Still no update. Not sure this app is being supported anymore!

I've been using this app for years with great success. Communicating with friends via heytell is much easier than texting but less formal than a phone call. Highly recommend if you're long winded like me and enjoy keeping up relations.
Love the orange button. Hate adding friends.

I love the concept of heytell. I also love the big orange button. However, adding friends always seems like a challenge, and I have to do it if I reinstall the app. I wish there was a way to save my friends to a profile.

I like this here app and I use it a lot. That's the way it is and I like it. Heytell is one of my favoritest apps in the whole world and one of my mostest used apps in the universe. If I were single and Heytell were a hot babe, i'de totally marry her!
