Terrible customer service. My kid got going with it independently and didn’t link it to my social accounts because she doesn’t have my info and now we can never use what we paid for again because we had to switch devices. Customer service said too bad although we have the code and receipt as proof of purchase. The clay dries out very quickly and the projects don’t stay together. Pass on this one or just use the free one of each type and buy different clay

There is no way to contact the company for questions or complaints. The app is a rip off. And their response to any complaints is, “give me more money.” The “clay” is not made of clay. It is some kind of plastic garbage. Do. It spend money on this product. Buy any other brand of air dry clay. This clay is only made to sell micro transactions in the app.
So cool and so satisfying.

Hey ‘Hey Clay’, You have a cool app and a great team, just watching your videos are so satisfying, I’m trying to teach my niece some basic clay modeling, I’m no expert. I wish you add more simple clay modeling videos, something like rainbow, caterpillar, snail, flowers, simple ones. Thanks

Ok listen this is really good clay (and app) no stains no mess perfect! But I love sculpting not the characters I sometimes sculpt lots of things with this stuff! I love hey clay and the colors and how soft it is! I recommend this clay to anyone!

The clay smudges like when you make a monster it smudges on the monster. I’m happy with it but… it’s pretty hard to make but it’s super soft

Apparently this app needs your email or social media login so that a child can… PLAY WITH CLAY. The modern world is a nightmare.
It was good when it worked!

Cannot get app to work after latest update. The kids made a few animals then put it away for a while. We got it out to play again and the app just keeps crashing, uninstall and reinstall does not help.

It is not clear in the beginning that the code is for only one set of characters and you have to pay for everything else. I opened a random set, not what I wanted, and then realized I can not open anything else. Scam..
