Sound mute doesn't work

I love the color, layout, different options but the sound effect mute doesn't work. I muted both music and the sound effect but sound keeps playing unless I put my phone on silence. Iphone 7 user. Plz fix the issue.

Can't score big on this game with the current Version. Some shapes were replaced and some were removed which makes it harder to score big. The previous version was better.

I love your game I went to put down five stars but my hand slipped and gave you guys four. Now don’t say is she kidding no I’m not. I play your game mostly all the tome so please help and correct problem. THE GARBAGE CAN DOESN'T WORK AND IF YOU CANT GET RID OF A BLOCK IT COULD MEAN THE GAME.... PLEASE TRY TO CORRECT THIS ASAP. Relax is a great mode! I make more points with “Rotate” but sometimes I truly want to use the game to relax my mind; points aren’t as important. Thanks for doing that!
