For improvement app: 1)Should allow to lock in your child’s height restrictions. I set the rides for kiss and miniatures but it would sometimes show adult rides as well. If I look at the details of a ride then go back it would display all rides, not just the kiss and miniatures. 2)Should show all day meal icon on map. It was a pain trying to find this locations amongst the others. 3)Hours of operation should be displayed or easy to find

Dear Hersheypark, I just want to Thankyou for always having the best park since my childhood until now! I always love coming to Hersheypark for my Family vacations every year ! Thankyou and hopefully returning soon!

Good map, bad wait times

I had the same observations as the top comment when I looked. The map is very good and the “take me there” feature works great. But the wait times were not very accurate for me. But my problem was a positive: it would tell me 30 minutes or 40 minutes and then I would just walk on when I walked over there.

It looked good but the map failed to update on all our phones. September 19 visit.

App and/or Park WiFi not always working

I found several times the map didn’t load and used my paper map a lot so the utility is limited. The worst outage was when my daughter was stung by a bee and searching location of first aid was not working. I asked an employee where it was and she didn’t know. She said find a security guard who was nowhere to be found so we wasted a lot of time. That was pretty disappointing not to have it working at an important time.
