I’m writing this to warn anyone of subscribing to this terrible app. (Buying the sub is an absolute scam) Everything was alright, then I purchased a subscription and my account got suspended for verification, okay no problem. The made me A) send a photo holding my name and email and date B) call a number 3 times to verify information. Then they said they activated me, my account was still suspended. Now over 100 emails later the have not attempted to fix but otherwise just keep telling me to ask Apple for a refund. However, Apple says they need to solve the issue, they won’t respond t emails. So this app stole $30+ from me. Nikki and Suny in customer support seriously need to be fired. It took 10 emails for the first response, 10 more for that. They will not reply if you reply to the original message, you MUST resubmit an email to be looked at. I’ve reported them to all customer watchdog groups. I never complain about apps but this one is the worst I’ve ever seen so I must warn people away from this scam.

Messages not received. I've sent a few messages to member, only to have them respond months later saying that the message wasn't seen when I'd send it. Just overall horrible features and a waste of my money. I paid for a one-month subscription and I'm definitely disappointed. I do not recommend downloading this app or even using this site. I'd give it no stars if I could.
