I've been screwed 3 times purchasing in game packages. I was billed yet never received my order. When contacting support they told me it was an iTunes problem and swept aside.

So far so good one of the better games

Heroes Will is fun, it's aesthetically pleasing to look at, the music is fun and light, the heroes ro(bust)-y hehe, and there is quite a bit of time consuming content... yes it's a fun game. But there's a few things that If improved upon or fixed could make this RPG stand out a bit, for example; - the fighting is nearly auto-play, the only non automatic thing about it is you can choose auto-skill or play without it, and all that means is you can choose to let the game activate your heroes supers right when they become avail or you can choose to activate them yourself which can come in handy as each super gains an additional level of power as your heroes grow in tiers - meaning a 5* heroes skill will have 3 levels that it can gain and be used at, but since auto skill automatically uses it immediately when it becomes avail they never get past level one. - INVENTORY! Inventory has absolutely NO sorting options! It drives me insane! My inventory has normal plain picked up off the ground type items mixed in between my super rare expensive hard to make items also mixed between my better than average but probably found at a heroes yard sale items... cannot sort! Combine Items - Also when combining materials into items, say u want to make 30 swords from sword fragments and you have all you need, there is no option to 'Create All' or 'Create X #' ... you have to tap once to create one - for each and every one you want to make - 30 swords - 30x tapping 'combine' - THATS A NO BRAINER option that should have been implemented! Gear - under say, super rare items info tooltips, there's 2 tabs, one shows where they drop or what they drop from (combined from), 2 is which heroes can use it and at what tier. There is no option to equip to a hero with an item already taking up that slot- why? Because quite literally there is never more than one item usable for that hero at that tier/level! There's absolutely no customizability when it comes to gear, everyone's Gaav at 4* Púrple+2 will be using the exact same gear in the exact same slots. This is very disappointing Now there is a lot more missing from the game or with some small adjustments could be made to make this game shine but honestly I spend hours every day playing it so it is still pretty enjoyable. Every day there's enough content quests that refreshes you can spent about an hour every day doing just the daily quests which I like - stuff to do nearly every time I log in. ONE thing I can't stand are their STORE ads for buying ingame stuff with real money literally pops up EVERY single time you open certain things ingame, like the dungeons, will always pop up 2 separate ads for crystal passes UNLESS you click 'don't show me this' which will make it go away UNTIL the next day! That's annoying
