Been playing the game a while now, and enjoying it. Had an issue where I got locked out of my account (I hadn't linked it to gamecenter or anything). Contacted their customer service and they were very helpful and got me back on track quite rapidly!
Could be a fun game, but flawed

The Sky Arena is totally unreasonable. As part of the daily quest, u have to win at least 3 stages to get the reward. The difficulty is supposed to be based on ur team level. I'm currently level 50 and I am facing level 52 opponent in the first stage, making it impossible to finish even 1 stage. If the developer makes sky arena daily quest, why does it have to so difficult that people can't even finish a stage. I submitted a ticket and they just said u just have to level u up. When I level up, the difficulty also increases. What's the point. Worst design ever.

Overall one of the stronger turn tactic based games on mobile with multiple ways to play the game. Another huge benefit is there isn't any severe price gating that forced you to make purchases. Overall I highly recommend.

The game is really fun at low levels. However, once your characters progression the purple plus 2 stage, the game slows to an extremely slow crawl, unless you spend money, lots of money. This was made worse by the introduction of the purple plus 3 gear. I don't begrudge the company a profit, which is why I'll support a good game with small in game purchases, but they seem to have succumbed to the freemium mindset of "soak the players for everything you can" business model that is so common.

They continue to make new servers so people will spend while the older players and older servers die out. You will never get to the top because it is a p2w game. Most servers are left with only one guild and they still fail to acknowledge this. The server in which I play in have less than 20 active players. The chats and guilds are dead. Basically playing by myself because they keep making new servers. They are one of those let's try to sucker as many people as we can and let their servers die. When they die we just make new servers and sucker more people to spend.

Honestly you couldn't get me off this game.. Until it crashed and now my Game Center account won't hook up to it.. There goes 6 months of playing..
