Wow! This game is Awesome. -Old school rpg style strategy graphics and sounds. -completely free! (What) (maybe add a donation link in-game as I would gladly contribute to future games) - Great storyline w/plot and unexpected twist and everything. -liked the sound FX and music! -fun to play, fast load time, can play offline (big plus!) -cool characters you can get w/ different abilities and upgrades. - lots of levels -compatible with older iOS too. I Basically played it and couldn't stop until I had completed the game. Would really like to see a sequel 2nd game. (Tip for game developer- your game search link in app store is "heroes quest", your game name on iPhone appears to be "heroes adventure" and the title screen in-game reads "heroes war". Their is no -credits button to see game developers and no app store link (to leave review) in-game. Making it difficult to re-find game in the app store. So maybe add a "write review" button in the game that is a link to the app store page for this game. (To get more reviews) Hope you make a sequel or 2nd game!! Happy game playing! P.S. also, i read the review by grixis or whatever the name was. To answer the question. A: Many People, products, services, and more have the same names. Take for instance the male name Bob. Or the product name refrigerator. Or the service plumbing. Or celling fan, or Ashley, or glasses repair or glasses repair shop. While many of these have the same name as others. What differs is the company behind the service, or the brand name selling the product, or manufacturer that makes the item. So although many titles or "names" may be trademarked or copy write. It can not stop someone else from manufacturing refrigerators or ceiling fans or naming their kid ashely or bob, and does not require them to come up with an alternative name for ceiling fan or an alternate spelling or Ashely. So it doesn't really matter if 2 games have the same name and one is trademarked or not. What I do believe you are referring to however is if someone releases a suspiciously similar game with the "same name" this Would be considered a rip off and if one the games is trademarked. Then yes it could be a problem. However, if they are just 2 different games with the same name. Then it doesn't really matter. (It just means you get more results on a search when you type in that name). Hope this answers your question.
