Game will not work after first launch!!!

The first time I played this game, I was very impressed and had a lot of fun playing it, I was able to buy the panda hero right away too! But now whenever I launch the game, after the loading screen comes a black screen and after waiting for about a minute, nothing happens! Maybe I need to be more patient but I don't want to wait for a game that will suddenly not work anymore because of a strange bug! Please fix!

I love this game because it’s just like “王者荣耀”，which you can’t downloaded in American app acc, and can you add some grass or something to hide in the jungles and lanes like LOL?

I will like to start by saying that any recent review is not showing. I notice that any bad reviews will be hidden instead of having a open honest review. So far with the latest 11/15/17 updates has done nothing but make the game lag more. MS rate is at a constant 480 and being connected to WiFi won’t help. The developer and programmers are more focus with release of new skins then to fix the ever growing spikes in lag. I spent money recently on skins and I feel that I’m getting rip off sense I can’t play. I suggest you not download the game unless you have patience like a grandmaster. All and all the lack of communication and lies really leaves a bad taste in my month. I recommend you not try this games since it’s lags. Keep in mind I’ve been playing since season 2 and now we’re in season 4 with no fix to server lags. Negative scores all around.

Honestly one of the most amazing game I've ever played. So much fun and really cool and detailed heroes to play as. And really cool graphics. I have one suggestion though. Maybe for each holiday you guys should add one hero or skin that represents the holiday. Idk I thought that would be cool since there's already a Halloween themed skin
