It’s a good game but the matchmaking seriously needs fixing

It gets too frustrating when you see your team aimlessly walk against 3 players and try to fight them solo when you KNOW they’re gonna lose and just keep dying while the enemy team is just as good as you if not better. I keep getting matched with teammates who keep dying because they have no idea what the hell they're doing and I can do okay for a while until the enemy team levels OP and can completely steamrolls everyone. I don’t mind being matched up with bad players nor do I mind carrying them (because carrying is fun) but when you got an enemy team full of pros and your allies keep dying because they always pick bad fights it gets too frustrating. The matchmaking is a huge issue it needs fixing please!

I give 4 stars because there are a lot of rude ignorant children on this game that don’t live in reality yet. Clearly they have all the time in the world to play the game. Which leads me to my next issue the reporting system. How ridiculous is it that I’m deducted 5 integrity points because I didn’t play up to someone else’s expectations? Why am I deducted 5 points without investigation because clearly it wasn’t investigated in 2 seconds? Why am I punished for having a bad game? I mean you can’t win them all if I play my best and have a good record of no AFK or behavior issues my performance should be my cross to bear. We all know it’s a gamble when we join a team. I understand if a person doesn’t participate in aiding the team but that’s not my case. This needs to re-evaluated. Response: There is no way to contact anyone in this game. I made it to level 25 enjoyed the game. I deleted it from my phone and thought about starting a boycott 2 days ago. I was harassed because I was the only girl I had more kills and assists than any other teammate they chose to report me and in 1 second which shows you lie about investigating I had -6 integrity points. I hate to be skanky but screw that! Your game needs so much help.

I’ve been playing this game for a while. The rank system is such bs no matter what I get teams that it’s impossible to carry them. When I plays certain hero everyone things oh we have him we will be fine and will get carried. Hell no that’s not how it works. Carry your own bloody weight.

So, I lost my old account when I switched phones and I didn’t have it linked. So, whatever I made a new account BUT still wasn’t able to link my account. Tried to get help from support and nothing. So, two days ago I go to play and now can’t find my new account SakuraHaruno. Support isn’t helping. I’ve spent so much money, but I think I’m done. Horrible customer service.

The game is great if it didnt crash me. They fixed the ping issue but with the new update came faster crashing time. First it freezes up for a sec then BAM crash, i wish i knew how to fix it but sadly cant

Like Dota! It’s great strategy and mechanics. It’s fun to get into a groove with a particular hero! Highly recommended! I don’t have much time for games, but this had been my go-to for months!

It’s definitely the most responsive and detailed MOBA on the App Store. I’ve had this game for about a year now, and it still remains my favorite game. The gameplay is addictive and fun. Sadly, more often than not, your teammates do nothing more than feed, and you lose the game because of it. But that’s every MOBA. One player can easily change the tides of battle. On top of the game being amazingly fun, the community is amazing as well! Finally, it isn’t pay to win, and the in-game grind isn’t grueling. Thanks for such a great game!
