I have the old IOS version of the game developed by the Gosu Group. On May 23, 2016 it stopped working. When launched it said there is a new version and that I should download it from the IOS store. I tried but the app was not available in the US store. I kept checking every day and finally it showed up on May 26th. I downloaded this new version but, it's NOT an update, it's a completely new app created by Locojoy. When you launch this new app they make you start from the beginning of the game. You can't reload your old game and the old app still doesn't work. WTF! I spent money on the old game! Are you telling me I need to start all over!? That's a bunch of BS! Apple please look into this and prevent these blood suckers from screwing anyone else over! Kick them off the store!

I've been playing this game for over a year now. They recently did an update and now I cannot connect through my app a shave lost A LOT of money I put into this game. I've never had a game do this before... Ever. Don't waste your time or your money.
Lost 1 year account after lot money spent

Played the game since launch. Stuck with it since $$$ was spent on diamonds etc.,, Now since patch 1.6.2 launch on IOS lost my original account. Was top player and guild leader of top guild on my server. What a waste and i kept telling players to stick with this game this whole time!!! Apple support can help me get my money back !!! Otherwise we going to court!!!

Played for as long as I can remember. Logged in one day and it said there was an update. App Store said download was not available in my region. Searched the store and found the updated version so I downloaded it. It made me start from the beginning but I figured I would get past the intro and be able to switch to my old account. I went to the server switch tab in my profile and my old account popped up. I selected my old account and it took me to my old server, but when I selected the server, it made me start from scratch again. This needs to be fixed.

If I could give a lower star rating I would. Who do they think they are take our money and force us to restart game over you guys stole, that lands people in prison if you don't go there, then there better be a lawsuit against these jokers and I want all my money back and punitive damages for spending time and energy not only to go and sue them but also for lawyer fees and lastly for the time I spent playing their game that I could have been doing something else its like having your time, money, effort and work ripped away all at once. I thought I was the only one, thanks everyone I'm not the only one. Apple needs to look into this and force a correction or a refund of everything

I tried to creat new account to play this game with new game center account, when I've game center account and log in, there is an question to overwrite old account, I enter, and now can not log in any account anymore. ?
