This is a good game all around but these bugs need to get fixed my game is stuck on a gold chest that says free to open but the it says offer expired and it won’t let me back out of to go to any other screen at all I closed the app and restarted it and still doing the same thing

I’m stuck on a gold chest screen and it wants me to claim the chest and it says the chest is expired. Was fun up until that point

Seemed like this was going to be a really fun game, however not even 30 minutes in I got stuck on an open crate screen. Trying to open my free gold crate that was blinking that it was ready to claim, but when I clicked claim it says that it’s not available....well okay then I’ll just go back to missions....nope....every single think I click on the screen gets an “unlocked soon message” I can’t navigate anywhere outside of this stupid crate screen. I’ve tried everything but every time I open this stupid game I’m right back to that same gold crate screen unable to claim it and unable to navigate to any other menu. Just awful. Deleting now and moving on.

Just purchased the game and it won’t let me open the crate that the game is forcing me to open. I’m at the 2nd level in normal and the game is making me add a hero, however it keeps saying crate expired. The back button or any other button won’t work.

I just started the game so I have some tutorials but in a crate tutorial I try to click the crate but it says that the crate is ‘expired’ I don’t know how to fix it. I’m lucky that it’s just the beginning of the game and I could just delete it and restart. If someone was far into the game, I don’t know what they would do. Edit:I tried deleting it and restarting but, it has the same problem...I don’t know if there’s any way to get it back now.

Toxic community and biased Support staff I was wrongfully banned from the chat channel and the support staff were rude and inappropriate the game is fine but the service I received was terrible and so I hope the game hires better people
