Stuck on Hero Select Screen IPad4

Got to hero select during the tutorial and it asks me to try out the hero for one coin. I X out of that and it says "out of coins?" And throws an arrow pointing up. From there I can't click anything that progresses me forward. Fix this glitch

Because the game is amazing maybe some more stuff to unlock characters armors even new skills groups like clans stuff like that but other then that game has lots of potential
