I lost everything

This app would not open up for a week straight, I love this game so much and wanted to play. I tried updating, updated my phone, restarted my phone, I tried it all. I had no choice but to redownload. I have been playing this game for over a year and lost everything. I am so bummed. Definitely won't restart from the beginning at this point. What a bummer.

I have been having a bad problem with the game freezing ( I have a new iPad ) and was told to delete and reload game took 4 days to get my account restored. ? then when I finally get it back I go to bed and wake up try to play and the game won’t load just keep crashing. ???? now I know I’m gonna have to wait days again to get it fixed. It’s not fair cuz each time I’ve invested gems into cups event and I’ve missed out on train events I’ve been kicked from my empire for no activity and they aren’t making it better only worse ??? they gave me a small amount of gems and a few fertilizers thinking that makes all I lost and missed out on better. It doesn’t. I don’t normally leave reviews but at this point I’m leaving one. I’ve been unfairly banned in cafe chat and now all this.... it’s getting old with all the trouble just to play. I’ve spent a lot of my real life money on this game and this is how they treat you. Seems wrong that they do whatever they want and take however long they want and don’t care to fairly compensate one for their trouble.

I reached level 20 and the game froze up when I did a survey for diamonds. Had to delete/reinstall the app and no recognition of my user email account. Please help get me back into the game on the right level please please.
