When scrolling through "my tickets" it's not really smooth. Also, it would be nice if you could arrange by oldest first.
Thanks BigWebApps! This is great. I do want to see an "all tickets" option if possible. Right now only "my tickets" are available. Other than that, it's perfect!
As a user attached to his iPhone this makes managing my HelpDesk tickets SO much easier, plus I love the addition of the gravitar!
Love this app! Brilliant idea to provide access to BigWebApps while mobile. Please include showing all tickets where I am user or alternate tech, then five stars!
Better than the website. Website sluggish now after the updates the past year. Great app
This has great potential, but needs some work. The scrolling is very choppy, which is the main reason I tend to just open the web page. I would also like to have similar sort options as the web page. I love that you can attach photos!
Before the latest update/refresh, the app worked fine. Now, it is always refreshing and saying there is an error. It does not stay completely updated even after refreshing, causing me to have to log out and back in. Please release an update patch to fix this, I use this a lot when I'm walking around away from my desk.
