As above, it provides good information but it is horrible to use. It brings up poorly formatted text-based webpages and tries to pass it off as an app. It would be better if it was invoking mobile websites AT LEAST.

iOS 7.0.2. I can enter my phone number. Tapping in any other form fields does not allow you to enter info. Tapping date does not display a calendar. Taping on attach photos does not work. Find a tow company works.
