This app works tremendous. The only thing that I would like to be better is the way to get the document open. There is now only 2 options. There can be more. For example connect with google account.

I signed up for hellosign using my google credentials and you can’t even sign in with them on the app. That makes the app completely worthless to a whole segment of their user base! Considering how wonky their mobile web experience is, I had high hopes for an app experience, and I can’t even get through the front door as a paying customer. Ridiculous. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

WHERE'S THE ORIGINAL VERSION?
I would have given it five star review, but there was no image stabilization when taking a picture of the document.

I’m not a huge techie guy so this app makes it really easy for me to grab a file sign it review it and send it off! It’s simple quick and I can email right from the app.

If you're expecting the online version where you can work with your templates you're sorely mistaken. This is nothing other than a camera/scanner that lets you add a checkbox, text, or signature. I'm not even sure what they were thinking with this app.

App does not work on my iphone XR. Everytime i try to import a document it takes 5 mins of trying to download the document before saying "unable to import document". I've tried importing from dropbox, icloud drive, and my email. I also tried exporting from dropbox and google docs and I can't get the document to load. One of the times I tried it seemed like it was working as i got a percentage from 0-100% as it was downloading the document, however once it reached 100% the loading box disappears and my document is no where to be found within the app.
