Can’t even create account
App What?
There seems to be a problem with the app. Tried for the last two days to create an account but no luck. Never gets out of “loading” mode. Someone needs to investigate and resolve.

Tried to learn more about a wine label but it was unable to recognize. I have seen friends use a similar app, so I will have to find out which one they are using as this one didn’t seem to work. Surprised it has such a strong rating.

Very dissatisfied - virtually no wine can be found based on the photo of the label. It reads it correctly, but the search of the wine dB comes empty all the time. I am not a wine snob, just a guy that shops in my local wine store. Would love to have my money back, if possible...

Hello Vino is a wine novice dream with the ability to search and pair wines in a number of ways. Starting with the design the menu interface is about as elegant as any wine listed in the app. The menu is colorful but yet a bit dark and has a modern look. The navigation is smooth and easy with every section being accessible either from the side menu or the main menu which takes up most of the screen. Users can search for wines by popular picks, taste preference, variety, occasion, and meal. The app includes a database that allows you to look up wines in alphabetical order. Each wine page has a brief flavor profile description as well as a option to select wines that fit the description as well as foods that go with them in a meal. Each page also has a pronunciation button located on top of the page. This can help users who may be unfamiliar with some of the more exotic names particularly if they ever go out to eat and might want to place an order for it. Also, in case you have a brand in mind you can just search for it by name. The app allows you to set preferences such as how often you want to receive e-mailings, the price range you are comfortable paying for a wine and how many you are likely to purchase in a order. The app also allows you to set your location so you can be aware of the nearest places that will have the best offers and deals. Upon opening the app for the first time I was given a promotion offer to use on my first order which is always good customer service. Hello Vino is the type of food guide every person who hosts gatherings, get-togethers, is a connoisseur or even who just likes to the taste of a good wine now and then should have.

Way too many times this app doesn't work and/or doesn't provide any information at all. Disappointed. Can't justify making in app purchases or upgrade when the basic version is a disappointment.
