Cute, but Unplayable

This game would be an enjoyable, adorable take on the match-three genre if it didn't freeze and crash constantly. What's most frustrating is that despite level/game progress not being saved when it freezes, when reopening the app, whatever "lightning" energy (in-game # of plays) and boosts you might have used do conveniently disappear as if you were able to actually play the level. Going to remove soon if it keeps doing this. I'm on the latest version of iOS and on a new phone, so there's really no software or hardware reason specific to my end for this game (and other Sanrio Digital releases, such as Carnival, which won't even open at all) to be this glitchy. Sad!

I'm been a huge fan of hello kitty. This is one of my favorite game especially when I'm on the bus going to school.

Do not buy jewels for premium items.They put regular items with them.I wasted $10 to get a bunch of junk items.Wish I could get a refund.

Love the game but the price for the gachas is a bit to high, I'd be nice if the cost was lower and not 500 coins
