Hello kitty cafe is a fun game but I bought 80 hearts for 99 cents and got the pochacco character I turned my iPad off and it lost everything I even have the recite it makes me want to not play it but at least it is still fun

I had to reload the game and lost about 4000 hearts. Customer support offered to replace less than10% of what I lost. Don't spend money on this cute game; they will prey on your wallet.
Need to be able to earn the points

Would give 5 stars if I didn't have to buy lots of points to unlock more characters :( it is a great game. There needs to be a way to earn points faster instead of waiting til you get some from the daily check in.

This is a very fun game, but wish you could earn coins and $ faster then the daily check in. It makes your brain work hard and makes you feel like you're really working as a server in a restaurant.

I Was downloading coffee and I saw it come up then all of a sudden it started downloading again when it eventually downloads I will writ a review until then.............PEACE!!!!!

This game is not geared to little ones unless you want your child acting frantic. That said it's not something you can play to help you child to play it either. When you load the main menu the screen rotates the opposite direction. Current upgrades render this game useless for playing at all based on black screen.
Needs fix for iOS 8: black screen!

Ever since iOS 8 came out, the game has been rendered unplayable due to black screen after loading. Please fix! Otherwise this is a fun & challenging game! I'll update review once fix is available.
