I found this app years ago when I was suicidal and still use many of the skills now (my go to is Trash your preference filed and reboot) I’ve just gone in to redownload it again to show a friend in need and have discovered it can’t be used in iOS 11. I don’t know much about phones or how easy it is to update but if it could be updated simply, I’d be really grateful??

I've suffered from depression for a while and I've been to the point where I was contemplating suicide. This really has helped me find new and fun ways to get past those thoughts. It has also helped me a lot during panic attacks. My friends love it when I follow #60, bake a cake, even though I usually bake cookies instead. The compliments and encouragement I receive when I bring in a batch of homemade cookies can make me forget all the bad things for a while. I love this app and would recommend it to anyone who has ever had those days when you feel like the entire world is against you.

Crashes every single time I try to change the settings. Getting old real quick
