Negative and fear based advise

This app provides some good information but unfortunately this is overshadowed by negative advice and quite frankly unresearched and thoughtless advice. There is a lot of information here that is more conservative than advice given by reputable sources, and this advice comes with warnings about the dire consequences that will occur if you don’t follow the advise. This is quite frankly unneeded stress pregnant women don’t need and in conflict with more reputable sources. It also offers a good amount of mental health advise which is weird first of all (I.e. there is no euphoria?) and second of all, is also not medically sound advise (go to the park if you are sad?). Finally the grammar is pretty terrible in this ap.
