Love the art, the details, story, and gameplay. I had a small mishap with my game where I paid money but I lost my account because I paid money on the “play now” option (then made a new account thinking that it’d bind together). I contacted all three of the options of customer support: email, ingame app request, and iMessage The first that responded was the iMessage one they asked they asked questions and for my purchase history. I got my account back with no problems.

Love it except for egg bug

I love this game, I’m just disappointed because I have a bug where if I have more than one egg and I use one the rest disappear. I’ve lost dozens of material eggs and even an imperial egg in this way. I contacted the developers but haven’t heard back yet. Another thing that they could do to improve the game is to change the clothes categories so that there is no layering within the category. For example, in the headwear category and the special category there are multiple items that you can wear at the same time, but there’s no way for you to know this besides randomly clicking around. These clothes should be in their own categories such as head, face, masks, veils, etc. so the players know that they can put something on from each.

I would literally pay actual money and spend a billion hours playing this as a non-phone platform game. Just for future reference. If anyone is interested in making that happen. (Pretty pretty please???) Need more clothing sets with Stories attached (esp. for characters we don’t get to romance in-game i.e. Gonzalo or Viscount Juven.)

Illusion contest hasn’t worked for weeks

Even tho there has been multiple updates my illusion contest hasn’t worked for weeks! The clothing options don’t change from week to week, I’ve dressed my girl multiple times and submitted it for it to go right back to the original illusion contest screen where it says to enter for free. Not impressed

Constant glitches, makes you work very hard for diamonds and then glitches take them away very easily and you aren’t remunerated for them, has more paid dresses than lottery ones. Even though it’s story is more interesting than Love Nikki, Love Nikki is better in most other aspects and is at the very least functional

This game is a lot like LoveNikki but different enough to be outstanding in its own right. Sadly it fails in all ways. There are real issues, issues which should have been worked out pre-release. One, it only loads about 50% of the time. Two, you cannot scroll dialogue, so if the npc is telling you text longer than the dialogue box you do not see it. Three, the text is an absolutely abysmal translation. Four, the slang used is very jarring in the context of “high noble” dialogue. Five, the tutorials are not in depth enough to really understand and learn how you are to accomplish all side goals for quests. Six, the requirements are jumbled for different objectives within the same quest event, so it is impossible to succeed at all elements of a ball. Basically this game feels like a game that tried to do something amazing but epically failed. Moreover, in its current form, it’s a clone of an existing game which pales in comparison to what it’s imitating. The game has unlimited unrealized potential.

Fun game, ruined by constant crashing

This game is pretty fun. No ads, cute outfits. However, it’s impossible to play due to constant crashes. Opening the events menu, doing events, trying to accept quests, trying to do the Illusion Contest, trying to trade intel, all of these and more may cause the game to crash. Events are extremely difficult if not impossible to complete. The current event is Impossible to finish due to crashing. I brought this up to the devs in the game and they promised compensation that was not delivered. Avoid this game until these game-ruining issues are fixed, unfortunately.

Love it but...

The game is perfect and I love everything about it except the fact that every time there’s an update or something, it never downloads!!!! I be playing like normal one second, and then the next I have to download some datas for it to work. And the thing is that it doesn’t download no matter what. I connected to WiFi and it’s still not downloading. This happened like 5 times so far and I have been deleting and downloading the game over and over again. Idk if it’s a bug or if the game just hates me but puh-lease, let the game download on LTE or something. Also make the characters datable. I want to marry my hubby Starr.

Helix Waltz is a fantastic game in my opinion. However, there are some problems. I don’t know if it’s just my game but after updating the app the game in general has become extremely laggy and buggy. For example, I was at a ball but I was stuck on the options menu. When I chose to wander, the screen reloaded and brought me to the options menu again, several times. When that didn’t work I chose to select an npc individually, but no one came up? I know that there should’ve been at least one npc because I had just finished speaking to one before I went back to the option menu. My last choice was to leave the ball altogether since neither of the other options worked. But when I chose to leave, I couldn’t even leave. I was stuck in the ball with no options, no menu. Just the back drop of the ball room and some music.

So I have this game on my phone phone it’s a great game but like with most other games you start to drift away then I forgot about it. So about a year later I’m getting a new phone and transferring data when I find it so I think why not play it. And once I got on everything was very complicated because I forgot everything and it’s not really a game you can learn by yourself and I can’t figure out if you can do the tutorial again cuz I forgot how.
