Not accurate heart rate

I have been using this app for about 2 weeks and I don’t think it accurately measures my heart rate. Yesterday for example my heart rate ranged from 47 to 139 while awake and going about my normal day. Disappointed, it showed so much promise.

I’ve come to depend on the app every day to help me get through the stress of “these days “. And it’s a great tool for improving fitness! The instructions could be a little clearer for an old veteran & aircraft maintainer, but other wise I love it!
