I bought this game and have replayed it a few times. The original version was great! But since it updated to this weird new version where you have to replay levels just to get all the stars. Considering I bought the game outright, I should be able to play the original version. Please, please bring back the original!!

I want to become a doctor and I haven’t found games that are just fun and teaches you things, but this game is the bomb! It’s everything I would have asked for! BEST GAME EVER!
Doesn’t fit new phones

Can’t play on iPhone XR. Maybe my phone is too new for the software but the game won’t show up on the whole screen just on part of it. And doesn’t recognize when I’m tapping the screen.
