I like this app. It does what it says, and it labels the sounds. For example it doesn't just play the sound for mitral regurgitation. It also has a visual representation of it which shows the points you should hear s1 and the other sounds present in pathology during a heartbeat. There is also a quick link back to a normal heart sound for easy comparison. I hope you like it.

get it and use it. it sounds like Step-1 USMLE murmur audio questions. so get it. but actually use it. a lot. and you'll have no problem with those murmurs on step-1
