HearingOS is available for free download. All users are invited to take a 7-day trial week. If you want to continue using hearingOS, we offer you an automatic extension.
Your credit card will be debited within your iTunes account after the order confirmation has been received. The subscription will be extended if you do not disable it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. There is no price increase on an extension.
The subscription is auto-renewable but can be cancelled at any time.
Subscriptions can be managed in the iTunes account settings and the automatic extension can be deactivated. After purchase, no reimbursement can be made for a non-utilized portion of the period.

I tried load this app to see if it had value...got charged for looking...now they are trying to bill my iTunes for a continued subscription and the is no information has to stop this.

This came up as the “myControl” app for my new Signia hearing aids. When I downloaded it, the first thing is to tell you there is a 7 day free trial, but you have to enter a credit card. I should have known better, but my hearing aid professional had told me to search for the app to control my hearing aids. After putting in my credit card info and trying to start the app, it had a message that I had to connect headphones. What? That doesn’t make any sense! It should connect to the hearing aids by Bluetooth. I finally plugged in a pair of headphones and found that the app only adjusts sounds to the headphones! What a complete scam. I immediately deleted the app, but now I am being charged $10.09 per month for this piece of crap app that I can’t use, and don’t even have on my phone! He may have fooled me, but don’t let him fool you! I guess I’ll be contacting my credit card company. I will also be reporting this developer to Apple. I also notice that this no longer comes up as the Signia myControl app. I imagine there have been a few other complaints about that.

Everything is definitely louder but there are a LOT of bizarre noises that are made seemingly from the app itself and there are no instructions or descriptions on or about the ‘sliders’ or any other useful information included. What in the world?!? Wraps it up for me!
