Whilst being mindful of the importance of reducing sugar consumption, we also recognise that there is a common desire for sweet treats. Our app showcases a number of healthy dessert recipes including our signature vegan ’cheesecakes’ and dairy-free ‘nice cream’. Our recipes use minimal quantities of sweeteners derived from whole foods such as banana and dates, raw honey or coconut nectar.
Apart from a focus on healthy whole foods, being as close to the source as possible, we are also conscious of environmental issues. We seek out sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients which we think encompasses a more global perspective, safeguarding our future for generations to come.
The Healthy Luxe app was created by a mother and daughter team with combined skills of nutrition, naturopathy, coaching psychology, media, photography, food styling, a love of cooking and of course passion for health and wellbeing. Our nutritional focus is on variety and balance.
