Wonderful App

This app is great. The tips are really useful and ones that you don't commonly hear. I love looking forward to reading them everyday and have shared several of them with friends.

App is awesome !!

Abhishek Kharbanda

Loaded with relevant health information. Recently changed the user interface and cannot see the archived messages. Please bring that feature back as I need to refer to old messages for references. Thanks, Abhishek.

A great app everyone should have

seakamber

I love the daily health tips! The only thing I would change would be the constant reminder to rate it on the App Store. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Used to be good

RachPapp

Tips are good but ever since the "upgrade" you can no longer archive any tips. So your options are either to memorize or screenshot them. Really hate this change, used to be one of my favorite apps.

Great stuff

worsthorse

Great stuff - how do I know?compare it to other sources. Read it daily when published and have for 2-3 years. Would not miss it. for decades I have read several nutrition sources (print books newsletters podcasts) on nutrition. About 60% of Lisa's news is real news to me. And most my sources have news I have read elsewhere; 98% of Lisa's advice, I take to the mind-body bank. The other 2% stuff I leave pending mo' better evidence :-)

NOT CREDIBLE

Deebae16

Don't let this app fool you, it's just like any other bogus source claiming to know what's good and bad for the body. The "certified nutritionist" provider is just a fancy term to hide the fact this person is NOT a registered dietitian who are licensed to give such nutrition advice in compliance with the academy of nutrition guidelines. If you want scientific based diet info visit myplate.gov !!
