Health Empower

The Health Empower app allows you to collect data about physical symptoms, possible risk factors and your general level of exercise using questionnaires and a link to an activity tracker. Health Empower visualises the data and provides personal advice on pain and exercise habits. Long-term monitoring teaches you to work actively on your health, thereby limiting the impact of physical symptoms at work and in your day-to-day life.
