Moved my data right over into HealthKit on my new phone but then you have to leave the app on your phone or it takes all the data back. Hide it in the back of the closet, that’s my advice

I should’ve listened to other reviews but I didn’t think my files were too big. It won’t download them- I contacted help, they offered to split the files, now nothing. No split files, no downloaded data and have not received a refund. Save your money .

Might help to let people know BEFORE THEY GIVE MONEY if they have to large a file that you have to split it on the computer through ANOTHER program you require us to download.

Expensive, but worth it.

$5 to process 18 months of data, it’s expensive, but SO EASY! I had a backup for whatever reason previously, my phone died so I lost 6 months of data, super easy to import the old data. Very happy!!

Does not work for larger exports

App support is not responding to me. There is no disclaimer that says the app cannot manage files larger than x MB. Now they want me to split my files on my laptop. I hate the app experience. I would like a refund

Not so easy... or not very obvious. Definitely not intuitive. Haven’t given up yet, but right now I just don’t get it. Have a ton of activity data on old phone. Would love to transfer my data to my new phone. Spent the five bucks... that part was easy. Watched the “how to video” which would probably be tough to follow if you’re geek. Not being a geek, well... like I said, “Can’t make it work.” All I can say is it was super easy, but I’ve no clue how I did it. But you gotta “export data” from old phone to iCloud (wi-fi) first. Then it pretty much did it (semi)-automatically.

Does not move activity data

This app moved my health data over, but not my Activity app data. So if yer primary app that you use is Activity, look elsewhere. Very disappointing. The details of my workouts do not show up at all in the Health app. The only thing I can see in the health app is that there was a workout, but there are no details available with it in the Health App and absolutely zero data made it into my Activity app.

Purchased this APP to import my heart rate info to my new XS. While it does import other health data it does not import heart rate. Reached out to support who was aware of the glitch and blamed apple. If your aware of the issue why is it not disclosed on your app. 4.99 wasted. Was told fix would come when apple addressed the glitch. Hey Why don’t u tell the users that on your description. Upset, 4.99 lost . Never again user !!! SMH

Crashes at about 1.5M records

Hi there I am trying to move my Iwatch health data from old iPhone 7 to new iPhone DR. But importing around 1.5M records crashes the app. Not sure if this is a corner case or what. Thanks M
