WiFi wouldn’t connect. Wouldn’t connect to tv/app. Can’t skip songs. Just bad in general

It’s fun, but you can’t skip so it inconveniences people and just wastes time. Especially when it begins to play the tutorial after a while. The song choices are also so limited, I was surprised to find there are no Korean song options. Please add that language option, for the sake of your customers.

I’ve always used this app but what happened to the add to favorites option? Would definitely love that option to be back

I’ve been to a lot of karaoke places and this is probably the worst out of all of them. healsonic fails to have variety, plus it’s difficult to find songs that are recent. I couldn’t even connect to the machine because I needed to connect some sort of wifi that doesn’t work. Plus you can’t switch languages with it.
Good, needs updates
This just needs some more features added to it. There are songs I would love to have added, but there is nowhere to give feedback or suggestions. Also if someone wants to put in two songs right away there should be a way to move them around when others put in their songs. Also kind of weird thing- I tried to find Truth Hurts by Lizzo but couldn’t find it by searching it, but it was on the top 100?! So the search function is obviously missing stuff or glitchy.

Been using this app for years and with this upgrade it erased all my favorites. C’mon man. Really terrible upgrade. If you can, then don’t upgrade. Ugh. Zero stars for this upgrade.

For Japanese searches, it will not search for partial words. Ex. Looking for “初音” will not pull up “wowaka ft.初音ミク”. Have to start from “wowaka”. Other wise it’s a straight forward app.
