Used to be my favorite app and now the pop up videos that come up every 15 seconds have made me remove the app. Fix it NOW

Too many pop ups and intrusive ads, screen times out and goes black, unstable. Better to access Drudge via net.

It’s true, it doesn’t work

In spite of the plethora of negative reviews, I decided to give the app a try. First, it looks great—much better than viewings the website on a phone and having to scroll around to read. I read a few articles, and all was well. I though the negative reviews were maybe outdated or overly critical. But no. They’re correct. After literally 5 minutes if surfing, my phone’s screen slowly flickered from the site to black, back and forth, repeatedly, until I closed the app and tried again. Then the same thing happened. Looks like it was trying to pop up an ad video. I couldn’t get the app to stop doing this, so I uninstalled. Sad.
What is Happening? Drudge App is Unusable!

First, I love the Drudge Report. But lately whenever I click on a linked story, ads pop up ... and pop up ... and pop up endlessly. It makes it so I am unable to even read the linked articles. I’ve deleted the app various times and reinstalled it. But I get the same pop up hell. Is this Drudge’s doing? Or is something/someone hacking the Drudge app? Either way, Drudge needs to fix this problem ASAP as it makes this once great app unusable.

The drudge app has always been crappy at best (not truly mobile friendly, unreadable, crashes, etc) but it’s recently taken a nosedive with pop ups ads and worse than ever, spotty response times, and so on. If it weren’t for the superior content, I’d delete it. Only thing worse than the app, is the actual website on a mobile phone. Frustrating.

Absolutely frustrating, horrible, huge waste of time. Love the website, hate the useless app. Do yourself a favor and access it through a web browser.
