No Way to Reset

I was showing the app to a customer and somehow the WiFi password got changed and there’s no way to reset it or the app data.

Look, I’ve just had this product for an hour - but I powered it up, it worked as expected, THERE IS A RESET - read the directions. I’m charging it now. My iPhone linked up the base unit and I could see through the camera just fine - it zoomed, the LED worked fine, and dimmed fine. The image rotated fine. It seems like a nice unit. I have no issues (yet) with the software (9/19/2019). The other reviews are discouraging but so far I’m happy.

Do not buy this app.!! Horrible doesn’t work. Not worth at all! I tried every possible combination iPad, Pro, PC. iPhone Nothing work. Classic chinese junk.
Only shoots in 640x480?

As far as I can tell, the app only saves video at resolution 640x480, even though I set the resolution to 1920x1080.

I can’t even type in a ? For the password and there are so many scam websites for this the product in general just looks odd why is there a pentacle on the WiFi box?! You need to update the way to work this product bc rn it’s straight trash and not worth the money that was spent on the product. I would give this 0 stars if I could :)
