If you are an IBM Notes To Do user and are looking for a way to access To Do data from your mobile device, this is the application for you. Or enhance your current Notes Traveler experience by adding To Do's to your mobile workflow. To Do items created in IBM Notes will automatically sync to your device after configuring the application. Edits you make on the device -- including creating new tasks, marking them complete and setting alarms -- sync back to the server so you always have the latest data whether you work on your laptop or your mobile device. IBM Notes Traveler To Do even supports attachments. Stay on top of your To Do list with multiple views of your data to easily find items that are Due Today, Overdue, or organized by Date, Priority or your own custom categories. Or use the built-in search to quickly find the tasks you're looking for. It's also a breeze to create new To Do's when you need to get an idea out of your head and onto your device as quickly as possible.

To get started, simply install the application and set it up using the same user name and server address you use to connect to IBM Notes Traveler today. And if you already use IBM Notes Traveler Companion to read encrypted mail on your device, no setup is even required -- Traveler To Do will be able to connect to the Notes Traveler server automatically!

Traveler To Do now supports the MobileIron® mobile device management environment. Organizations using MobileIron to manage their mobile applications can securely access their Notes Traveler server and ensure compliance with the organization's device and mobile application security policies.

Please note that this application is meant for users who are already using IBM Notes Traveler to sync mail, calendar and/or contacts to their iOS device. Before using this application, check with your Notes Traveler administrator. Your Notes Traveler server must be running Notes Traveler 8.5.3 Upgrade Pack 2 (or later) to support this application. Any problems found with the IBM Notes Traveler To Do application or the IBM Notes Traveler server can be reported through your normal IBM Domino support process.

For some reason, Smartcloud Engage Advanced clients do not have access to the server URL address required to log in and use this tool. What to do? So far, not impressed by this.

Got this up and running with our internal Traveler servers once we upgraded to Upgrade Pack 2. Seems to work fine. It doesn't seem to auto refresh when you open the app but you can easily "pull down" to manually refresh. When viewing by lists (which are the categories in the Notes client), I wish it didn't display categories that are empty. This is because the Notes client shares categories between the calendar and to do lists and I have categories defined that I only use in my calendar app and others strictly for to do's. So in this app, I end up seeing a bunch of lists that are empty and they always will be for me since I use those to categorize calendar entries. Still, this is a good first version and looking forward to future updates!

Great, But...

It really is a breeze to set this up. All of my employees were able to login without any help. Which is a great sign for ease of use after we upgraded to UP2. Only downside is not being able to assign tasks to others within your company. Like you can with notes. Add this in an update and 5 stars is well deserved!

Would be great if you could add filters in the "by due date" screen, so you can see only complete tasks or incomplete or ongoing.

App syncs well (based on pull from cloud). Easy to create and review to-dos. However, there is no way to filter based on open, complete, etc. Please add this functionality to future update.

Doesn't Replicate with iPhone 6

This app works fine on iPad's and older devices but doesn't work on iPhone 6. The error I get when trying to use it on my iphone 6 is "The traveler server needs to be upgraded." Clearly, since the app replicates with my To-Do list on my iPad just fine, the Traveler server is functional.
