I’ve been having this app on my phone since couple of years. I’ve scanned plenty of cards which always worked. The only issue but the most imp part this app is suppose to do is to copy the scanned card into your contacts. Apparently even after following long procedure to sync the info, the app never copied contacts into list after multiple attempts. I wish there was better way to scan and save the card into contacts.

I’ve scanned over 30 cards and only needed to fix data a few times (maybe 5 cards). They have many logo on file. It is easy to search for a specific contact. You can add detail to the cards detail page so you can remember when / where you met and any follow up plans.

This app is making me look really good! It’s is easy to use and easy to share my contact info in the moment. Folks are frequently commenting on the App. Thanks Haystack!

Joe was a big help. I sent an email we talked by phone and it is working great! If I can figure it out anyone can. Digital business cards are a MUST HAVE today!

Got this app a while ago on an android phone...always worked well. Tried it again recently on my iPhone X - was amazed with how many improvements they've made. Reported one trivial issue regarding a phone number extension and the support was top notch. Quick response time and they are pushing a fix within the week.

Every time I try to upload a picture, I get a error message. Is says “sorry, an unknown error has occurred.”

I stumbled upon this app looking for a business card scanner to present to a group of social media experts. Haystack fits the bill! It is clean, easy to use, and very sleek. I'm already a believer and only had it for 30 minutes. My only complaint so far is that all phone numbers import as cell phones, most of my contacts only list work lines- so changing that is a little cumbersome.
