I used to love this game and competed with my friends when I was younger now when I got it again it won’t let me get passed the tutorial

Please fix your own game. It's impossible to really start playing. How are you going to advertise in app purchases while ignoring the fact that people are being stuck on the tutorial?
Can’t even get past the first 10 minutes without a soft-locking bug.

The game overall is good. Neat Pokémon like concept cute characters and more seems good right? Well, at first sight. There is a segment telling you to merge 2 monsters and then are forced to add it to your team to progress. This is impossible if you have 2 Monsters in your team. This ends up soft-locking my game and forcing me to either delete it or wait for a update. Thanks for reading.
