Haypi support isn't great.

A big problem in this game is monopolization. The servers are ahead to the point where most if not all the castles are taken by alt accounts. If you try to fight these people, they just wipe you because they already have forts and so on. It's sad to see the game dying because of simple things, but I guess it's what you'd expect from a company that's only in it for the cash.
