I have the app installed on four devices and can’t use it. I get a white screen of death about five seconds after opening the app, would be nice to have it working again

I’m sure the content of hayhouse is wonderful but it feels like a battle trying to access it. The app (and website for that matter) is glitchy and counterintuitive. I’ve subscribed for their monthly “all access” membership twice now and was never actually granted the access. I reached out to their team and have gotten no help. Save your time, save your money. If you have a speaker you like (I love Matt Kahn) I suggest going straight to the source and downloading their content either from YouTube or buying whatever content they sell themselves. Really, HayHouse has been nothing but stress and frustration for me. I’d like a refund and then some.
Doesn’t work, poor customer service

I paid for the All Access Pass yet the app wouldn’t give me access, kept saying I only had a free account. Customer service told me to wait 48 hours till they fixed the app. I waited. It wasn’t fixed. A week later it still wasn’t working, no access. I emailed Hayhouse for a refund. Five days later, still no response to my email. Surprised at all the positive reviews.

With all the talented people with something to share, it’s such a shame that Hay House only seems interested in promoting the same people over and over again. There is so much room to offer more instead of the same programming all the time. Then when you actually want to repeat one, like Abraham Hicks, it won’t let you!
