Good game but won’t let me play

I think it’s a bug or something bc every time I go on the app it just s kicks me off every single time but before it did that it’s a very good game but can you please fix the bug

I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for years, but for the last 2 weeks it had not been working on my iPad. I missed last week's derby because I never could get it to work and I don't want to have to go back to playing it on my phone only. I love playing it on the iPad. That's the only reason I have it 4 stars. Can you please fix this??

I love farming on it I love growing my farm I love the whole game EXCEPT so many things now want all these diamonds and you can’t even expand your farm unless you get 34 of each thing or once again spend diamonds meaning use real money to buy them because you’ll never get enough just from the boxes that pop up or spinning the wheel. I just made it to level 22 and it said I’d have land expansion pretty much lied cause nothing is expanded unless I collect all these different things that are nearly impossible and not to mention I have like 4 different orders that haven’t been able to go out because I need cake made and I can’t afford the cake oven because it’s 12k coins. It’s just insane. Probably be deleting.

Support is useless, the Valley game is joke. Can take years to earn enough land expansion permits, the items sold by other plays are always the same. Just not fun anymore. Please do not waste your hard earned money on such a bad game.

i rly like this game! i’ve had it for maybe a little more then a year! it is rly fun, there are always things to do and keep u busy, so the game NEVER gets boring! this is my FAVORITE APP ON MY PHONE. its great! u should get it! but the only thing is that when u first download hay day it is a little bit dull since your on a low level! and it makes me sad when i see low level farms who quit playing- probably because they got bored. but always stick with your farm!! if u do u will have soooo much fun it the future and be on a high level! and also the only other thing is that expansion tools are rly annoying. i stopped playing for a little while cuz i didn’t have enough to upgrade my barn or silo. so maybe make expansion tools easier to get! yea bye

مرحباً ، لعبة الهاي داي من افضل الالعاب على الهاتف ، والعبها منذ ٧ سنوات . تواجهني مشكله في الحد من ادوات التوسعه لاتكفي ٨٠ اداه ، لان قريتي كبيره واحتاج الكثير منها ، ولكن هل تقارني بقريه مرحتلها ٢٠ تأخذ ٨٠ اداه توسعه وانا قريتي مرحتها ١٣٨ وآخذ ٨٠ اداه توسعه ؟ اتمنى زيتده عدد الحد وتصبح مثلا الى ١٣٨ لان مرحلتي ١٣٨
