This app is one of a kind. For someone struggling with mental health it’s a go to, for anyone with ambitions to excel in the workplace, it’s a must. Someone can relate to at least one of the sections in this app. I use it every day when I wake up and can already see my attitude and happiness changing! Love this app

This app is a must have! I listen to it practically everyday a various times throughout the day. It keeps me centered and zen. Listening to it also puts me in a space of gratitude and balance. I love the variety topics I can choose from and the narrator Tasia’s voice it very soothing yet empowering.

The last two years have been rough for me I lost family and friends to death. My mom being the one hitting me the hardest. For a solid year I chose to ignore her passing. I wasn’t in the most stable place. I also ended a 6 year relationship just to feel as if I had made the biggest mistake of my life. I am certain of the reasons I left the relationship. I questioned my ability to make good choices. Haven has helped me get through some of this and remind me I am the best person to make the choices for me and my life.
