What’s the point of offering an app, if it doesn’t work

The app is offered for convenience, yet it doesn’t work. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I try to upload my picture to complete my introduction, it crashes. I’m not surprised since it has 2 stars, but why wouldn’t you fix this??? So inconvenient that this app is so crappy!
