EVERY TIME NOW I CRASH WHILE TRYING TO PLAY JUST TRYING TO GO IN MY GAME FREEZES AND IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE HOME PAGE sorry this was in caps but if u can please fix this i cant even start playing all tho this is very fun i still remember when i could still play but can u also make the animals needs go down slower or is this all cus my wifi is bad. I HAVEN'T PLAYED THIS IN YEARS NOW it could be 1 year tho.

I love hatchimals game in real life but I never played in months until all of a sudden when its on the pink screen it froze and never moved. Can you please fix this problem?

I have a season 6 Hatchimals in real life and on the checklist the app has a crown on it but here it doesn’t so please add season 6 soon

Overall we love this game however we having figured out how to unlock the my hatchimals on the (4) the ones with the disco balls and stars im super confused not sure what to do some help would be nice

The whole point of this app was for my child to track which CollEGGtibles we had... but the app is continually out of date. Each time a new series comes out We’re unable to add them to the collectors book. What’s more, it appears that several sets simply won’t be updated? We are still waiting for the spring hatchimals to be available. There are also several puffatoos that aren’t available to add in the collectors book. The games are decent but that isn’t what we were trying to use it for. It takes the fun out of collecting when the tracking app is incomplete, and I’ve stopped buying hatchimals as a result.
