I love this game but I just upgraded my phone and it’s making me start at the beginning even once I connect to Facebook

I definitely enjoy this game but am frustrated by the fact that I cannot communicate with “contact us”! Every time I try to get an answer to a question or help in solving a problem I receive a “postmaster notice”....that I cannot read...it is in Chinese! Is there ANYTHING ANYONE out there can do to correct the situation? Perhaps contact the developer/provider? I would have given the game a 5 star rating but for this extreme annoyance. I do not recommend this game if you often find yourself in need of assistance.

They haven't updated in over a year. farm slots also. Spent money on farm slots. I got rid of this game. They don't respond either. It was a great game

I can’t send emails either same as the review above says I need IOS 5. Also tried signing up for email bonuses but I never got the email from you. Also when a dark box comes up asking me to rate the game I can’t click on anything to get rid of the box, I end up having to turn my phone off. Otherwise I do like the game but it could use an update or two.

I really enjoy the various challenges of this game and the fact that it is not the typical slot game and gave it 5 stars for that reason. However, that being said, there are a couple of issues that I have. It is difficult accumulating coins and gems and so I cannot play as much as I would like-the cost of additional coins and gems is prohibitive!! Also, I do not think that they properly credit you for some "achievements" during the game. I do appreciate not being bombarded with ads and videos. I have tried sending e-mails to them about my concerns but they do not go through. I will continue to play and enjoy and hope the creators look into and address the issues that have been posted in these reviews.
