Love the app on my TV but the app on my phone does not have any sound! ? can’t hear a thing!

It worked a couple of times on my iPhone and now my 1 year old is going nuts now bc it stopped working. Great!

We have this channel on our roku box and my daughter absolutely loves it! I find the videos entertaining myself. Yesterday was the first day I was able to download on both my iPad and iPhone because it said the app wasn't available in the us App Store. So when I finally saw it I was super excited. But now I can't hear anything. Just see the video on neither device. I'm assuming it's just a bug. Every other app on both devices I can hear sounds so I know it's the app not my device. I really hope y'all can get it fixed soon it'd be awesome for her to be able to watch the videos in the car. If/when it gets fixed I'll be more than happy to make my review 5 stars

I love all the videos on this app. My 12 month old son would absolutely love it if he could only hear it :( NO SOUND
