I hate having to go to the grocery store, so this app rocks my world! Thank you HappyFresh for making it so darn easy to shop for my groceries! Delivery in one hour or whenever I need it is amazing, and the stuff always arrives fresh and in great shape! Thanks again for saving me so much time! You guys rock!! :)))

I always hate Jakarta's traffic. It takes me a lot of time to get to the groceries. Happyfresh saved me a lot of time to provide our daily groceries. They always send us superb quality fresh foods. Kudos!

I tried the app today, but when groceries were delivered I noticed that the company put their own stickers over the price and weight stickers from the grocery store. I peeled a couple of them off, and the store prices paid by the company were 10-20% lower than those charged to me. Even foods that were not priced by weight had stickers that were 10-20% lower than the prices I was charged. There was no official receipt from the store, and no adjustment on the bill based on actual prices. I complained to customer service, because I thought it was a mistake they would correct. Customer service said the overcharging was intentional, and was the company policy to overcharge without disclosing actual prices to customers "to cover overhead." Received an email from customer service denying the overcharging and claiming that all price discrepancy was based on weights, which is obviously a lie.

I have to uninstall the app because it was so disappointing. 1) every time I choose my location for the delivery address, the app keeps on closing. So I decided to choose my office address instead for the delivery address.. it accepted the location and did not closed the app. 2) list of items: limited! I thought of buying basic needs for first trial but they only have limited items in their list. I looked for bell pepper but they don't have one. I also checked the other categories and it was so disappointing because they only have limited items to offer. 3) app is from robinson's. The list of stores they will provide you are the nearest robinson's stores in your location

Very happy, the app is intuitive and does just as it set out to do. I usually order from Grand Lucky because they are pretty on par with what is listed in the app, rarely is something out of stock. Worth the download.

App is ok but not convenient anymore

Service fees on top of delivery fees. Most of the time i don't mind paying, but now I can't even get my groceries on the same day or even the next day. I might as well go get it myself. Convenient service initially, now not so. Disappointing. App works well though ?

Missing beef on my shopping bag

Order number R947542930 on 31st jan I order beef on my shopping list but apps said its out of stock, i realize that after i paid and receive the goods. Total RM 83 with the beef Which is on my shopping bag missing beef but the shopper did not minus RM 13 for the beef Hope you can follow up for this case

Excellent service and app

I just moved to Jakarta 2 days ago. I don't speak Indonesian and I don't know my way around the city. I stocked my whole kitchen with this app and it saved me SO much time and hassle. Both deliveries I ordered were accurate and on-time. The English descriptions are very good. Great app!
