Poor Features

When the app works.... it’s left you wanting so much more. You can’t see anything about your visitors or initiate a conversation with them. You can not do anything but accept a chat request made from a customer when they do make one... if the app is working.
Pointless without notifications

What's the point of buying a $5 app when the notifications don't work at all! Defeats the purpose of having an app. I'm going to go ahead and request a refund!
