No update since Easter!

I’ve been playing this game for years and had many friends who also played. But the Easter Eggs are still out and no new content in over a year. We’ve put out our Christmas trees in anticipation of the annual Christmas update and daily prizes, but no hint of that and we still have Easter eggs on our streets. Looks like the game has been abandoned without any notice. Too bad the developers didn’t care enough to let their players know they were no longer updating this game.

I don’t see any reason not to, it’s cute, and it really keeps you hooked in. And it’s been fun for me for a real long time and I think it will be fun for other people too, and might I add it is suitable for all ages!
No Christmas tree update

Where is the Christmas tree and advent calendar update? The game is still stuck on Easter eggs. This event is one of the most fun, and now it’s not working!! Please fix!!

I have been trying to finish a quest that requires the advent calendar. I bought the calendar on December 8th but it would not let me open the window. It said advent season was over but Christmas hasn’t even happened yet so I’m confused. I can’t finish the quest now and it’s really annoying. Am I doing something wrong or is the game being dumb?

the fiesta music and random music doesn't play, and in the "Little Boxes" quest, 7/7, the advent calander. it's the 13th of december currently, yet when i try to open a box (as instructed to do so), it says "the christmas event has ended! come back next year!" but in the shop it still has a timer up (ticking down) for when the actual event is over.

Happy Street is my favorite game. It's the first game I downloaded many years ago and remains my favorite. Their help desk always responds quickly.
