I love this app. I use it almost every day to help me relax and release my tension from the day so I can sleep. Before this I would lay in bed and my mind would not shut off continuing to worry about anything and everything. I have and will continue to recommend this app! As a nurse, I even suggest it to my patients!

Very helpful. Uses visual aids to help you relax. I enjoy having the short and long induction. For some reason, the backgrounds do not work with app using my stereo system, or my iPad alone, only work with earphones and I am not an earphone person. So I miss having the subliminals. I'm not sure what the problem is, because I haven't experienced the problem on any other app. However, even without them, I find this app helpful.

I really like this app. I listen to it every night before bed and it seems to help me in the morning . I pay over a hundred dollars an hour to get hypnotized once a week by a professional and I think the two are about the same.

Morning Anew

I have been using this app to help me with my morning anxiety. I use the wake setting and after the session I feel the worrisome thoughts that I wake up to have dissipated and I am energized and ready to start my day.
